With the new full-funnel campaign 'Huizenjacht' (Rat Race), we helped ABN AMRO to target first-time buyers and those moving up in the housing market. The campaign is part of the brand strategy 'Voor Ieder Begin’ (For Every New Beginning). In today’s tense housing market the road to homeownership is challenging, but certainly not impossible. ABN AMRO encourages drive and perseverance and provides support through the expertise of housing specialists, ensuring that home seekers are well-prepared for their new beginning.

The idea

In 'Huizenjacht' we highlight the true reality of the housing market. While most portrayals present an idealized version, we focus on a more relatable experience—the sense of being caught in a rat race. Overcrowded viewings and bidding wars have become the norm, making the path to securing a home both challenging and competitive. By acknowledging this reality, we want people to see ABN AMRO as a supportive partner in their search, providing them with the extra preparation they need in finding their dream home.
